General Manager and Senior Vice-President with Synergex 2000-2009, Jean-Paul was responsible for business development and general management of the video game distribution business in Canada and Latin America where he brought Synergex to position as the biggest video game distributor in Canada; he was involved in licensing, sales and marketing of entertainment products across the Americas. Most recently, Jean-Paul was contracted by Zeebo (a Qualcomm company) to manage sales and marketing for the launch of their internet and game platform in Mexico. Originally from the book retail industry, he began working in video games in 1998 as a buyer for a national Canadian retailer. Jean-Paul graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design.
